[HDRP] 'Visualize Cascades' text is clipped from both ends on resizing the window
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a new project with HDRP template
2. Hierarchy > Sky & Fog Volume > Inspector
3. Add Overrides > Shadowing > Shadows
4. Resize the Inspector window and observe the Visualize Cascades button
Expected Result: The text should clip from the right end
Observed Result: The text is clipped from both the ends
Reproducible in:
2020.2.0a18, 2020.1.0b16, 2019.4.3f1, 2019.3.15f1 with Package Version 9.0.0-preview.33, 8.2.0, 8.1.0, 8.0.1, 7.4.1, 7.3.1.
Environment:
Occurring on Windows 10 & macOS 10.15

Resolution Note (fix version 10.1.0):
As replied in the slack thread I started with editor, it is not trivial to fix the clipping issue, hence the renaming of the field (vetted by UX) to avoid the problem altogether.
