[HDRP] [VFX] Debug Material override blending

How to reproduce:
1. Open the VisualEffectGraph_HDRP test project from SRP/VFX repository
2. Open the Scene named HDRP
3. Observe the two rows of cubes (Specifically the one with transparent ones)
4. Click Window > Render Pipeline > Render Pipeline Debug
5. Select the Material section and switch the Common Material Properties option to "Albedo"
6. Observe the two rows of cubes again

Expected results: The colors of the transparent cubes are blended in their overlapping zones
Actual results: No color blending is done

Reproducible with: 10.2.0(2020.2.0b14), 11.0.0(2021.1.0b12), 12.0.0(2021.2.0a8)
Not reproducible with: 7.5.3(2019.4.22f1)

  1. Resolution Note (fix version 12.0.0):

    Fixed in Unity 2021.2.0a10 and HDRP/VFX 12.0.0
