[HDRP] Unchecking the "Base layer" in Graphics Compositor results in Camera view rendering over the window
How to reproduce:
1. Create an empty HDRP project
2. Go to Window -> Rendering -> Graphics Compositor
3. Check the "Enable Compositor" checkbox
4. Go to Render Schedule and uncheck the "BaseLayer"
5. Observe the Graphics Compositor window
Expected results: The window is not glitching
Actual results: The Camera view is leaking into the window resulting in severe flickering, sometimes affecting other windows (observed in Scene View)
Reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.50f1, 6000.0.23f1
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.0 (M1)
Not reproducible on: Ubuntu 24, Windows 11
Note: On the older versions, the flickering might be a bit different
