[HDRP] Sun lensflare incorrectly occluded in template
Version tested: 2022.2.0a13 + HDRP from trunk
Steps to reproduce:
0) Create an HDRP template
1) Walk into the interior parts and look up
2) Observe dir light's lensflare blasting thru the ceiling
