[HDRP] Skinned mesh blinking when using multiple scene/game views on mac
1) Open the project
2) Split the Scene/Game view like in the video
3) Move your mouse like in the video
Notice the skinned mesh character starts blinking.
Note: tested on windows with same versions and project. Did not reproduce.
Unity 2019.3.0f6 and HDRP 7.1.8
