[HDRP] realtime Reflection probe makes volumetrics clouds wind stop
Repro steps :
- Open attached project
- Open scene called "Clouds"
- Press play
- Notice that reflection probe is set to realtime > on enable
- Switch it to realtime > every frame
Expected : nothing should change cloud wise
Result : Volumetric Clouds stops
Environment :
- Windows 10
- Unity 2023.2.0a19
- HDRP 16.0.1
