[HDRP] Opening Template scene freezes or reboots Mac
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP template
2. Open SampleScene
3. Mac freezes at this point
Expected result: Mac should not freeze when HDRP template scene is opened
Reproduced in: 2021.1.0a6 (HDRP 10.2.0), 2021.1.0a7
no repro: 2021.1.0a5, 2021.1.0a6 (HDRP 10.1.0)

Resolution Note:
Changes in HDRP 10.2.1 and Unity 2020.2.0f1 have reduced the chance of encountering this issue. (Tested in MacOS Big Sur)
If you experience this issue, it is recommended to update Unity, HDRP and MacOS versions.
