[HDRP][Metal] Transparent cube in 'Generic scene' test has pixely artefacts
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the linked project (or set up a project for HDRP usage from https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/ScriptableRenderPipeline)
2. Make sure Metal Support for editor is enabled
3. Open 'HDRenderLoopTest' scene
4. Focus 'Test - Generic Scene' object
5. Zoom in closer to the transparent cuble in the scene view
6. Notice the light on the cube is incorrect (see screenshot)
Same happens if you build that scene with Metal graphics API.
