[HDRP][Metal] One of the planes in 'Displacement Mapping With Depth Offset' test doesn't have texture rendered correctly
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the linked project (or set up a project for HDRP usage from https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/ScriptableRenderPipeline)
2. Make sure Metal Support for editor is enabled
3. Open 'HDRenderLoopTest' scene
4. Focus 'Test - Displacement Mapping With Depth Offset' object
5. Notice that the plane that uses HDRenderPipeline/Lit shader isn't rendered correctly. Also, the intersection between the planes is pixely (see screenshot).
Same happens if you build that scene with Metal graphics API.
