[HDRP] Mesh Filter and Mesh Renderer components are removed when a Light component is added
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project "TEST"
2. In the Hierarchy, create a new 3D Game Object
3. Add a Light component to the created Game Object
Expected result: Light component is added and all Game Object's components remain
Actual result: Light component is added, Mesh Filter and Mesh Renderer components are removed
Reproducible with: 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a18
Could not test with: 2017.4.36f1 (no Package Manager)
Reproducible with package versions: 0.1.21-preview, 4.10.0-preview, 6.9.2-preview, 7.1.7
Note: Not reproducible with URP
