[HDRP] Memory leak when destroying reflection probes
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Assets > Scenes > SampleScene
3. Open Window > Analysis > Profiler
4. Enter PlayMode and observe the Profiler
Expected result: Memory is stable
Actual result: Memory leak
Reproduced with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.26f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.28f1), 12.1.4 (2021.2.11f1), 13.1.5 (2022.1.0b7), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a4)
