[HDRP][iOS][Android] Switching platform to iOS causes the Game/Scene view to render black
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project with HDRP template
2. Switch platform to iOS
Expected Result: The platform switched to iOS without any issues
Observed Result: The Game/Scene view renders black
Reproducible On: 2020.1.0f1 with package 8.2.0
With package 9.0.0(33) errors are spewed in the console and scene/game view turns black
Couldn't check with older versions due to bug: https://fogbugz.unity3d.com/f/cases/1263311/
Environment: Occurs only on Mac
Occurs with: 10.15.5
Doesn't occur with: 10.15
