[HDRP] Incorrect lighting on 7.x after project relaunch
Versions tested 2019.4.28f1 + 7.6 / 7.7
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download the repro project
2) Do not delete the library folder! Open the project with latest stable 2019.4
3) Relaunch the project
4) Observe white screen in game view, and broken lighting
Notes:
- Happens only on attached repro project. I could not repro on project created myself.
- Can happen right away but most of the time would require a project relaunch
- Entering playmode fixes the issue but not for everyone. Please check the slack thread.
