[HDRP] Illumination of the scene in the Game View slightly changes when enabling second Camera
How to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project "copyHDRP.zip"
2. Select "Main Camera_2" GameObject
3. Disable and then Enable selected GameObject in the Inspector
4. Select "Example Assets" GameObject
5. Select "Main Camera_2" GameObject
Expected result: Nothing changes in the Game View
Actual result: Illumination of the scene in the Game View slightly changes
Reproducible with - 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b5, 2019.2.0a7
Reproducible package version - 1.1.10; 4.10
Notes:
1) The alternative to the last reproduction step is moving the Mouse Cursor on the Game View.
2) Could not test with 2017.4 because Scriptable Render Pipeline is not supported by that version.
2) Could not test with earlier package versions because the project did not load correctly, nothing is rendered.

Resolution Note:
This issue is not related to lighting but to PostProcesses (ambiant occlusion). This bug doesn't happen anymore with Unity 2019.1.0a4 and HDRP 5.3.1+ that includes Post Processing Stack V3. HDRP + PPV2 will not be supported anymore.
