HDRP Shader Graph Sample Hair material shows square artifacts when it is lit by a non-directional light
How to reproduce:
1. Create an HDRP Template project
2. Open Package Manager window and import the Material Samples
3. Open the Hair Scene
4. Select the DirectionalLight gameObject in the Hierarchy and change it to a Point Light
5. Set the Intensity to 500000
6. Observe the Material ball in the Scene or Game view
Expected result: The Material ball is lit without any artifacts and appears the same way as when lit by a Directional type light
Actual result: The Material ball receives noise type square artifacts on the lit side
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b4(7.1.2), 2019.4.10f1(7.4.3), 2020.1.4f1(8.2.0), 2020.2.0b1(9.0.0-preview.54, 10.0.0-preview.27)
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0b4(7.1.1)
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1(HDRP was in early preview stage)
Fixed in: 2020.2.0b1(10.1.0-preview.11)
Notes:
1. Light types affected - Point, Spot and Area
2. The material ball would not get lit by an Area light at all during testing
