[HDRP] Game view gets clipped in Play mode when using custom Global Post Processing Volume with DLSS enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project "HDRP12_BugReports.zip".
2. Open "Custom PostProcess Volume" Scene
3. In Game view navigate between the cubes using mouse and "WASD" keys
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: During the Play Mode, the Game view is not clipped
Actual result: During the Play Mode, the Game view is clipped
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b4 ,2022.1.0a3)
Could not test with: 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.15f1 (No Nvidia package)
Notes:
- Need to use an RTX 20 series or later GPU to reproduce the issue
- DLSS must be installed by the drivers that enable this feature in Editor

This issue has resurfaced in 2021.2.4f1 up until 2021.2.11f1 (not tested on earlier versions)
