[HDRP] Editor crashes when scriptable render pipeline changed to none from HDRPAsset

Editor crashes when scriptable render pipeline changed to none from HDRPAsset OR changing color space from gamma to linear. (when scriptable render pipeline is set to HDRPAsset).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project.
2. Go to Window > Package Manager > High Definition RP > Install.
3. Right-click in Project window > Create > Rendering > High Definition Render Pipeline Asset.
4. Go to Edit > Project Settings > Graphics.
5. Under Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings, drag and drop HDRP asset which is created in step no. 3.
6. Click the selector button on the right.
7. Select None.

Note:
1. If the following error is thrown in the console after step no. 5 then go to Player tab in project settings > Other settings > color space to 'Linear'.
error: "High Definition Render Pipeline doesn't support Gamma mode, change to Linear mode".
2. Editor crashes after changing color space.
3. Video is attached for the reference.

Actual result:
Editor crashes when scriptable render pipeline changed to none from HDRPAsset.

Expected result:
Scriptable render pipeline set to HDRP or none without crashing editor.

Reroducible in: 2019.2.0a13, 2019.2.0a7

Not reproducible in: 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a6

Package found version: 6.5.3, 5.7.2

Environment: Windows only.
