[HDRP][DXR] Ray Tracing reflection isn't lit when using Screen Space Global Illumination
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "dlss-bug.zip" project
2. Open the "SSGI" Scene
3. Observe the Game view
4. In the Hierarchy select the "Box Volume" GameObject
5. In the Inspector set the Screen Space Reflection->Tracing to "Ray Tracing"
Expected results: The reflection is lit
Actual results: The reflection is not lit
Reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.30f1), 10.6.0 (2020.3.18f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.20f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b10, 2022.1.0a7)

Ray Tracing effects do no have access to other screen space results (SSGI, RTGI, SSAO, etc)
