[HDRP] Double shadow filtering settings
There are double shadow filtering settings on Directional and Punctual lights. We should only show Directional settings for Directional lights etc, currently both directional and punctual settings get displayed not taking account what kind of light it is.
Repro:
1) Open empty 3D HDRP template (or any other project that has Hight shadow filtering on)
2) Select any light that supports shadows
Expected: Only 1 set of High Quality settings is shown
Result: 2 sets of High Quality settings are shown
