[HDRP] Disc Light Radius edit field not working correctly
Version tested: 2020.1.0b16 + 8.2.0
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached scene or start a new HDRP template and add a disc light
2) Try editing it Radius parameter, try dragging. Both methods don't work
Note: Gizmo handles work fine, using edit field again locks it at 0.5
