[HDRP] Decal projector component breaks after setting its material to none
Versions tested: 2019.3.0b10 + HDRP/Staging 8.0.0
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached project or create a new empty hdrp project
2) Select an object with Decal Projector component (Decals)
3) Set its Material to None
4) Observe that all other properties stopped responding
