[HDRP] Color Curves override doesn't blend smoothly between volumes
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Move camera outside of a local box volume
3) Notice how Color Curve override doesn't blend smoothly
If there's a technical limitation on interpolating between TextureCurve this is still a legit UX issue.

The curves parameter cannot be blended; if we want to add a texturecurves interpolation it is more a feature request
