[HDRP] Cloud layer renders a black screen on Nvidia GPU < 10XX series
Repro steps :
- Open attached project
- Open scene called "SampleScene"
- Build and run
(Or alternatively launch de .exe in the project binaries folder)
Expected : When launched, move the mouse up to see the green cloud layer in the sky
Result : All is black, we can only see the lens flare as a post process.
