Asset reload loop when selecting a prefab that sets m_ObjectHideFlags property to HideFlags.None
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1190452.zip")
2. Open Assets -> Select "Test" Prefab Asset
3. Observe selected Asset
Expected result: Asset is not stuck on a reload loop
Actual result: Asset is stuck on a reload loop
Reproducible in: 2018.4.9f1, 2018.4.12f1, 2019.3.0b6, 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a11
Not reproducible in: 2017.4.34f1, 2018.4.8f1, 2019.2.12f1, 2019.3.0b5
