[HDRP] Accumulation motion blur causes visual artifacts with Depth of Field
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open the recorder window
3. Setup up an Image Sequence recorder and enable Accumulation option
4. Set Media File format to PNG, Playback to Constant and Target FPS to 120
5. Hit start recording and observe a "aura" of broken DoF around the skinned mesh character.
Expected result: Accumulation motion blur should not cause visual artifacts with Depth of Field
