HDRI Sky procedural distortion scroll in Prefab mode
The scroll sky move forward and back in-How to reproduce it
1. Create a new HDRP project in Unity 2021.2a17
2. Under Sky and For Volume, in Visual Environment, Sky Type set it at HDRI Sky
3. in HDRI Sky enable Distortion, Mode: procedural, Speed direction: 9.2, Scroll speed: 7.41
4. Create a prefab variant of any object and drag it in to the scene
5. In the scene inter in prefab model clicking in the >

See the sky scrolling in the speed I set or don't move it at all.

The sky is scrolling forward and backward in a super speed
