[UIR] [Package] Vertex Nudging triggers assertion error when dragging Node around in GraphView
Reproduction steps:
0. Make sure DPI is not 100%.
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Navigate to Window -> UI Toolkit -> NodeGraph
3. Press "Add Node"
4. Drag the Node around
Expected result: No errors in the Console
Actual result: Assertion error thrown in the Console
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.15, 1.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.23f1)
Not reproducible with: Built-in (2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a1)
Could not test with: 2019.4.32f1 (UI Toolkit not available), 1.0.0-preview.14 (error CS0535: 'DefaultEditorWindowBackend' does not implement interface member 'IEditorWindowBackend.overlayGUIHandler')

Resolution Note:
This issue only occurs with the preview UI package installed in 2020 LTS.
We are no longer maintaining this package and are focusing our priorities on supporting 2021 LTS where UI Toolkit is officially supported at runtime.
