GUILayout.TextField and GUI.TextField don't accept any input when a string from a list is passed as the "text" argument
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1082259"
2. Main Menu -> MyExample -> Window
3. Press on the input field
4. Try to input anything
Expected: Text is inputted in the field
Actual: Nothing is inputted
Reproducible with: 2017.4.11f1, 2018.2.9f1, 2018.3.0b3, 2019.1.0a1
