Grid does not get enabled in the Tile Palette window when enabling it
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using a 3D Universal Template
- In the Package Manager, install the 2D Features package
- In the Project window, right-click and create a 2D Sprite
- Open the Tile Palette window (Window > 2D > Tile Palette)
- Click "Create New Tile Palette" dropdown
- Create a new Tile Palette
- Drag the Sprite from the 3rd step into the Tile Palette window
- In the Tile Palette window, click on the grid icon to enable grid
- Observe the Tile Palette window
Actual results: The grid is not visible in the Tile Palette window
Expected results: The grid is visible in the Tile Palette window
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.3f1, 6000.0.64f1, 6000.3.3f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a3
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.2f1
Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 26.1 (M1 Pro)
Notes:
- The provided FAV (6000.0.3f1) is for Windows platform and differs from macOS Platform (FAV - 2023.3.0b8)
- The issue can be inconsistent to reproduce
- Does not reproduce with DX11, but reproduces with DX12 and Metal
