[GraphView] Node groups, systems, properties, sticky notes can not be renamed
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP/URP (make sure VFX package is installed on URP) project or open the existing one
2. Create VFX Graph
3. Rename 'System' system
Expected result: system is renamed
Actual result: system can not be renamed
Reproducible with:
Version: 2021.2.0a14.1962
Revision: trunk 8168e684f893

Notes:
- Both VFX Graph and Shader Graph are affected
- In VFX property, system naming, node group naming is affected
