Graphics device is automatically disabled in batchmode
It should only disable graphics device when -nographics is also added. This is not the case
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Build for Standalone
3. Run the build in -batchmode
4. Check output_log
Expected result: build uses a graphics device
Actual result: graphics device is not initialized
Reproduced on 5.2.3f1 5.3.7p2 5.4.3p1, 5.5.0f3, 5.5.0a5
