[Graphics] Camera Clear flags slected "Don't clear" duplicates and inverts canvas when image effect is used
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open project "NewBug"
2. Open "Main" scene
3. Select Camera Clear Flags to "Don't Clear"
Notice how canvas text dupelicates and the background inverts. See gif "Inverts.gif". Also opening quality settings keeps inverting the view repeatedly, see gif "glich.gif".
Other than that everything seems to work fine when rendering path is Deferred.
