[URP] Graphics & Graphics Driver memory usage increases when adjusting Custom Render Feature's custom settings
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Open the Profiler Window (Windows > Analysis > Profiler)
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. Select any frame
6. Observe the Graphics & Graphics Driver under the Memory tab
7. In the Project Window, select URP-HighFidelity-Renderer.asset
8. In the Inspector Window increase the Render Features > Custom Renderer Feature (Custom Renderer Feature) > Settings > Override Material Pass value to 2
9. Repeat the 5-6 steps
10. Repeat the 8th step but return the changed value to 1
11. Repeat the 5-6 steps
Expected result: Graphics & Graphics Driver memory usage returns to the initial value
Actual result: Graphics & Graphics Driver memory usage increases with every change in the Override Material Pass value
Reproducible with: 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0f1, 2023.3.0a14
Could not test with: 2021.3.32f1 (“error CS0117” and two “error CS1061” compilation errors)
Reproducible on: Intel macOS 14
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
