[GPU PLM] Radeon Pro denoiser runs out of memory and crashes the editor on non-AMD GPUs
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any existing project
2. Navigate to the lighting window
3. Make sure that lightmapper is set to Progressive GPU
4. Enable Advanced filtering options
5. Select Radeon Pro denoiser
6. Bake the lighting
7. Observe a crash
Notes:
- This crash was observed in the PixarKitchen project running in Unity 2019.4.9f1
- Reproduces in all 2019.3 and 2019.4 release builds
- The crash does not reproduce in 2020.1, nor 2020.2 versions of the editor
- Only reproduces with the GPU lightmapper with non-AMD GPUs
