GPU instancing with Legacy Deferred rendering path does not render instanced object on light prepass
To reproduce the issue follow the steps:
1. Open "Instancing" project
2. Open "Instance" scene
3. Run the scene
4. Open and Enable Frame Debugger
5. Observe that "Draw Mesh" GameObject is not "Istanced"
