GoogleSheets NullRefException when pulling empty cell
1) Create a new String Table Collection for multiple languages (2 or more)
2) Add some entries for 1 language but leave 1 empty.
3) Push to Google Sheets
4) Pull from Google sheets(one of the Locale columns should be empty)
5) Error will be thrown.

We need to check if Values is null before checking the Count property.
