Rendering glitches in Play Mode when using Voxel Play
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached '1396604-sample' project
2. Open the 'World_Scene'
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Move the Camera around
Expected result: No glitches are observed
Actual result: Rendering glitches are present
Reproducible with: 13.1.4 (2022.1.0b3), 13.1.5 (2022.2.0a2)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.34f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.26f1), 12.1.3 (2021.2.8f1), 13.1.3 (2022.1.0b1, 2022.1.0b2)
Note: The issue is not reproducible with Built-in Render Pipeline
