[Gizmos] Gizmos.DrawLine random colors if 3D Icons turned off
Repro steps:
1) Open the project and Demo scene
2) Notice the lines all across the Scene/Game view
3) Go to Gizmos and try checking/unchecking 3D Icons checkbox
4) Notice that if the checkbox is turned off lines are given random colors
N.B. Results differ depending on which DX is turned on.
Workaround: Leave 3D Icons turned on

Yes it affects every single scene window GUI line except the world grid lines and camera frustums.
A great example how updates can create failures on other ends.

I have exactly the same random colors in both debug.DrawLine and gizmos.DrawWireSphere.
still found on new v5.2.0f3
