Gizmos are not stereo / VR aware and squished and do not appear in the right eye when entering Play mode

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using VR template
2. Activate Gizmos in the Game view
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the Game view

Expected result: Gizmos appear on both eyes
Actual result: Gizmos appear squished and only on the left eye

Reproducible with: 1.10.0 (6000.0.2f1), 1.16.0 (6000.0.63f1, 6000.2.14f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a2)

Reproducible on: Windows 11 Enterprise
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Reproducible on devices:
Oculus Quest 2 (Quest 2), CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno 650
MockHMD

 

Note that the behavior is different between MockHMD and Quest Link. MockHMD can be resolved by switching to DX12, while using Quest Link is broken regardless of graphics renderer that is used.

Note: Squishing is also visible in Editor
