[GI] Unity crashes baking lightmaps with custom shaders after Light Transport jobs finish

Global Illumination


To reproduce:
1) Open the project
2) Load the Test scene (located Assets\Test.unity)
3) Open Lighting window (Window -> Lighting)
4) Navigate to Scene tab and press build with the current settings
5) Observe crash at the end of the Light Transport jobs

Reproduced in 5.5.0f3, 5.5.0p1,
Kinda reproduced on 5.6.0a6 - It froze instead of crashing at the same point
