[GI] If IndirectIntensity reaches 0 bounce light will disappear until Auto is reset; 5.4 regression
Repro steps:
1) Open the project and scene in it
2) Notice the bounce/ambient glow around the cubes
3) Try increasing Indirect Intensity and notice that the glow changes in realtime
4) Lower the Indirect Intensity to 0 and start increasing again
5) Notice nothing happens and there are no more glow
6) Disable/Enable Auto building of Lighting
7) Notice the glow can be controlled again
Actual behavior: Lighting cannot be controlled on OSX after Indirect Intensity reaches 0
Expected behavior: Lighting can be controlled all the time and it should get stuck at Indirect Intensity = 0
Reproduced in: 5.4.0b5; 5.4.0b2;
No repro: 5.3.2p3
