GI Cache gets corrupted when building in batch mode for WebGL
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “BatchmodeLightingBugRepro”
2. In the toolbar click ScriptBuild → Run Last WebGL Build
3. After you see “Starting web server at [http://localhost:8080/|http://localhost:8080/]” in the Command Prompt enter the “localhost:8080” in the Adress Bar of the Browser
4. Observe the Cube
Expected result: The Cube looks the same as in the Editor
Actual result: The Cube is shining with a pink color
Reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a21
