[General] Prefab with RectTransform and TextMeshPro component is in UI Environment scene when opened in Prefab Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "ui-environment.zip"
2. In Project window, select "Assets" -> "Prefabs" -> "TextMeshPro"
3. In Inspector window, press on "Open Prefab" button
4. In Hierarchy window, observe "TextMeshPro" parent
Expected result: the use of the Regular Environment scene
Actual result: the use of the UI Environment scene
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0b12, 2019.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.16f1, 2018.2.18f1 (due to old Prefab system)
