GameObject's position does not match when the same GameObject animation is recorded using Timeline and Recorder
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1210225.zip'
2. Open 'SampleScene' Scene
3. Notice that 'GO_Camera_Ctrl GameObject is animated using Timeline
4. Notice that 'GameObjectToRecordCameraPOS' GameObject's animation clip is recorded using Recorder
5. Select 'GO_Camera_Ctrl' GameObject in the Hierarchy
6. Play the animation of the Timeline and observe the Scene View
Expected result: Camera position in Recorded video and Timeline animation clips doesn't match
Actual result: Camera position in Recorded video and Timeline animation clips matches
Reproducible with: 2019.2.20f1(preview.1 - 2.1.0, preview.6 - 2.0.0), 2019.3.0f6(preview.1 - 2.1.0, preview.6 - 2.0.0), 2020.1.0a21(preview.1 - 2.1.0, preview.6 - 2.0.0)
Couldn't test with: 2017.4.36f1 Package Manager is not introduced, 2018.4.16f1 can not assign playable once I create a new one Timeline window is blank and NRE is thrown to the Console
