Gameobject Snapping is not working in 2017.3.0b11 and 2018.1.0a5
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an empty project
2. Enter some Snapping Settings
3. Create a gameobject and try moving it while holding ctrl or cmd on Mac
Expected result: Objects are snapped while holding ctrl or cmd
Actual result: Snapping is not working
Reproduced with: 2017.3.0b11, 2018.1.0a5
Not reproduced with: 5.6.4p2, 2017.1.2p3, 2017.2.0p3, 2017.3.0b10 and 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.0a4
