GameObject is not properly Rotated when its Rigidbody is set to Interpolate
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached case
2. Open the "ShowcaseScene" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Walk left to enter the "Gravity Tunnel"
5. Walk around in the "Gravity Tunnel"
Expected result: Character is Rotated according to the curve of the tunnel
Actual result: Character jitters and is unable to traverse the tunnel
Reproducible in: 2019.3.0a9, 2019.3.0b8, 2020.1.0a9
Not reproducible in: 2018.4.12f1, 2019.2.11f1, 2019.3.0a8
Couldn't test with Unity 2017.4
