Game View performance drops significantly when "Player" settings are opened in Project Settings
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. Enable Stats menu in the Game View
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Game View FPS
5. Open the Project Settings window (Edit > Project Settings)
6. Select the “Player” settings tab
7. Observe the Game View FPS
Expected result: FPS stays relatively the same
Actual result: Significant FPS loss
Reproducible with: 6000.2.0b1 (d17678da8412), 6000.2.7f1, 6000.3.0b4, 6000.4.0a1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.59f1, 6000.2.0a10 (a07df2efa5a1)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
