Cloth component does not interact with Collider when in the Scene mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "case_1276467.zip" project and Assets/Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. In the Hierarchy, select the Girl Game Object
3. Open the Animation window
4. Play the Animation preview
5. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: Skirt interacts with legs
Actual result: Skirt does not interact with legs
Reproducible with: 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b3
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1 (could not downgrade)
Note: Game Object with the Cloth component interacts properly with the specified Colliders in the Play mode

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
Currently we do not simulate cloth in edit mode as such cloth will not interact with anything outside of playmode.
