Fullscreen standalone performance issues with nvidia gpu
Machine needs to have windows and nvidia gpu (reproduced with 640m and 740m)
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run on windows standalone
3. Select fullscreen
4. Notice that performance is bad
Doesn't happen with other gpus and in windowed mode

I'm seeing the same exact issue (with the same VSync workaround) on an AMD Radeon HD 6490M.
The only difference is I'm using Unity 4.5.0f6

In the build setup, for the fantastic settings, i changed the quality to not have VSYNC, and the performance loose in FullScreen with my Nvidia GTX 680m 4g its "solved". Any other way, when i run the demo it have performance issue in fullscreen.
