Fresnel Effect preview window doesn't give a smooth transition when changing the X value and node is connected to the master
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new LWRP template project
2. Go to the menu bar ->Window-> Package Manager
3. Update Shader Graph to the 4.2.0 version
4. Go to Project window, create a new PBR shader and open in
5. Create the Fresnel Effect and connect it to the Master node
6. Try to change Fresnel Node value X
Expected: Fresnel Effect preview window gives a smooth transition
Actual: Fresnel Effect preview window gets graphical artifacts
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0b12
Note: Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0a10
